Kevin Inman
Cofounder and Chairman

Kevin J. Inman, MSc, obtained his undergraduate science degree from the University of Alberta in 1986. He then obtained a Master of Science degree in epidemiology and biostatistics from the University of Western Ontario in 1992. Thereafter, Kevin embarked on a career as a hospital-based clinical epidemiologist. Writing on the need for more evidence-based decision making, Mr. Inman became an international award winning author in the area of health technology assessment. Kevin cofounded Censeo Inc. in 2001.

Mark Heisz
President

Mark graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1982 with an Honors Degree in Business Administration. He went on to lecture at the university's prestigious Ivey School of Business before acquiring his CMA designation in 1985. Since then, Mark has garnered extensive experience in manufacturing businesses, including clothing, die cast components, tubular metal fabricated products, plastic components and electronic components. He has completed more than 10 acquisitions of industrial component manufacturing entities since 1996, with a total valuation in excess of $100 million. Part of Censeo almost from its inception, Mark utilizes his business and leadership expertise to direct and expand Censeo's activities.

Leslie McEachran
Vice President

Leslie completed her bachelor's degree in Political Science at the University of Western Ontario in 1999. She continued her studies at the university through the Faculty of Engineering before joining the Censeo team in 2002. Leslie oversees the daily operations at Censeo, including software development, marketing, and partner-company relations.

Craig Chaddock
IT

With over 15 years of experience in IT solutions, Craig has been involved in almost every aspect of the computer integration world. Several years of developing custom software and network solutions for clients in manufacturing, warehousing and distribution prepared Craig for the transition to Director of IT for a five plant manufacturing operation. In 2000, Craig formed IDM Data Corp. to provide IT solutions to a very focused customer base. Censeo continues to benefit from Craig's IT expertise.
