Resident Manager
Censeo initially developed Resident Manager to address the most significant health issues for long-term health care residents - namely falls and wounds. Resident Manager utilizes proprietary algorithms to assess individual resident information and determine each person's risk level regarding each of these issues. The caregiver is then able to apply the most appropriate preventive measures. Through operation on a handheld PC, Resident Manager allows the caregiver to record and retrieve this information virtually anywhere while also completing the full Minimum Data Set (MDS).
From a government prospective payments program (U.S.) standpoint, the use of Censeo's Resident Manager software allows caregivers to more accurately assess Resource Utilization Grouping (RUG) scores as well as more easily fulfill Minimum Data Set (MDS) requirements. This allows the facility to ensure that it is obtaining adequate funding levels for each resident. Should a resident's condition change, Resident Manager software provides for immediate modification of the resident's classifications, meaning that the facility can ensure the appropriate level of funding.
Censeo's Resident Manager software secures solid results in improving quality of care in long-term care facilities. By utilizing our triple point approach of assessing risks, documenting conditions and managing outcomes for each individual resident, Resident Manager simplifies workflow, reducing time constraints for caregivers.
